Simple practical and minimal maintenance garden. The client had always intended on renting the new built dwellings, so there fore wanted a hassle maintenance free garden to appeal to renters. Santa Anna couch was used for a family and pet friendly lawn along with a combination of Dianella grasses with a feature planter box and plants in the corner to add some depth.
